One of the best ways to increase awareness, inspire people, and provide financial support for Fallen Patriots is by hosting an event.
Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation was moved by the generous support from Southpoint Capital, who hosted the 4th Annual Charitable Golf Outing on July 17th. Fallen Patriots was honored to be chosen as one of the beneficiaries for the second year in a row. The tournament took place at Wee Burn Country Club in Connecticut and was a huge success. Southpoint’s efforts were remarkable and a wonderful opportunity to raise funds, reach more children of the fallen, and create awareness for the mission.
A college education is the single most important gift Fallen Patriots can provide children of the fallen with. Military families who lose a loved one in the line of duty typically face an average cost gap of $32,000 for a four-year college education. The 2017 Charitable Golf Outing brought Fallen Patriots closer to bridging that gap.
