Throughout the day, the participating Bojangles location will be donating a portion of its sales to the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, with the Bojangles Foundation matching the amount donated.

Meet David and Cynthia Kim, founders of Children of Fallen Patriots and founded Children of Fallen Patriots in 2002. Since 2002, Children of Fallen Patriots has grown in its mission and vision to extend peace of mind through college scholarships to Gold Star families in all 50 states, in all branches of the military.

An American flag, first flown by the U.S. military in combat, began its more than 14,000 mile "Rolling Remembrance" relay via air and road to help raise awareness of, and funds for, Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, an organization that provides college scholarships and educational counseling to children who have lost a parent in the line of duty.
