Aaron B. is the son of U.S. Army Sergeant Daurice M. “My dad was probably the most genuine and laidback person you could ever meet,” explained Aaron. “His military service means everything to me, and his sacrifice is what made me the man I am today.”
With the help of Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation (Fallen Patriots), Aaron is studying business at Harford Community College and hopes to become a talent manager. “I have a deep passion for sports and music, plus an extreme talent with handling money and making the right connections.” Aaron is also a member of Black Minds Matter, which has given him the opportunity to give speeches in front of an audience and attend beneficial conferences.
“Fallen Patriots has honestly been a blessing because they make you feel like your loss is not forgotten. Every time I get an e-mail from them, it reminds me of my father and honestly feels like him blessing me even in death.”
There are approximately 25,000 military who have lost an active duty parent in the military over the last 35 years. The vision of Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation is to ensure that every such child receives all necessary college funding.
