ClearShark Presents Military Appreciation Game at University of Maryland

January 25, 2016

On January 6th, ClearShark presented the University of Maryland Military Appreciation men's basketball game. This is the second year that ClearShark has been the presenting partner of this event. As part of their commitment to military appreciation, ClearShark presented a donation to Children of Fallen Patriots, a charity that provides scholarships to students who have lost a parent serving overseas. Also, representatives from ClearShark gave the first 250 students arriving at the game a t-shirt honoring our past and present military and asked their employees who attended the game to bring items for a care package for military overseas.

"Not only are many of our ClearShark employees former military, but we directly support the military each day in our business. Showing appreciation for our military and supporting causes like Children of Fallen Patriots hits home for ClearShark," said Jason Miller, Executive Vice President of ClearShark.

The University of Maryland men's basketball team ended the evening with an 88-63 victory over Rutgers.
