DULLES, Va. (Dec. 22, 2021) — Children of Fallen Patriots announced today the appointment of James Andersen to its Board of Advisors. Andersen will work with the charity’s esteemed Board of Directors and Advisors to advance the organization’s mission to provide college scholarships and educational counseling to military children who have lost a parent in the line of duty.
Andersen is the Founder and a Managing Partner with Clearview Capital, L.P., a private equity firm specializing in the acquisition and development of mid-sized North American manufacturing and service businesses. With a career spanning more than 25 years in the private equity industry, Andersen has previously served on several boards including as the Chair of the Board of Trustees of St. Luke’s School in New Canaan, Connecticut. Andersen holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.

In joining the Children of Fallen Patriots Board of Advisors, Andersen will draw on his vast business experience and will provide counsel and support in an integral leadership role for this high-achieving charity.
