Dan Rice is the President of the Thayer Leader Development Group at West Point and one of the owners of the Thayer Hotel. He is a West Point graduate, holds an MBA from Kellogg/Northwestern and is currently pursuing a Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications from Medill/Northwestern. He voluntarily was re-commissioned in the Infantry to serve in Iraq in 2004-2005. He has been awarded the Airborne Badge, Ranger Tab and Purple Heart.
