Morgan B. is the daughter of fallen U.S. Army Captain Donnie B. “My dad was my entire world, we did almost everything together,” she explained.  “He was very loving and always talked me through the bad times and I knew everything was going to be okay.”  Morgan was only seven years old when he passed away.

With the help of Fallen Patriots, Morgan is studying psychology and dance at Jacksonville University. “My goal is to be a pediatric dentist or orthodontist because I want to ensure children are not scared or dread going to their next appointment.” She would also love to have a side job dancing, which is her true passion and has guided her through dark times.

“My Dad started my dance career and took me to all of my first classes. When he died, I felt like I could not do anything anymore, but dance helped me come out of that and pushed me to pursue it even harder.”  Morgan is a member of United We Dance, an organization where women come together to teach each other different styles of dance without judgment.  Her goal in life is to inspire others to do what they love.

“My Dad would be proud of me for making it this far in my academic career. Fallen Patriots has given me opportunities I did not even know I had!”

There are approximately 25,000 military who have lost an active duty parent in the military over the last 35 years. The vision of Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation is to ensure that every such child receives all necessary college funding.
